Product Warranty for Race Ready Shade

Race Ready Shade stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products, ensuring peace of mind with our Race Ready Shade warranty. Our warranty includes the following terms:

Tent Frame Warranty: We offer a 3-year warranty on the tent frame. This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will either repair the defect or replace the part of the frame.

Tent Top Warranty: We provide a 1-year warranty on the graphics of the tent top. This warranty covers fading of the graphics under normal usage conditions. If a valid claim is submitted within the warranty period, we will either repair the graphics or provide a new tent top.

Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or alterations. The warranty is void if the product is used in a manner contrary to its intended purpose or is repaired by anyone other than an authorized Race Ready Shade representative.
