Product Warranty

 Race Ready Shade stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our warranty includes the following terms:

1. Tent Frame Warranty: We offer a 3-year warranty on the tent frame. This warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will either repair the defect or replace the part of the frame.
2. Tent Top Warranty: We offer a 1-year warranty on the tent top graphics. This warranty covers fading of the graphics under normal usage conditions. If a valid claim is submitted within the warranty period, we will either repair the graphics, provide a new tent top.

Exclusions and Limitations: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or alterations. The warranty is also void if the product is used in a manner contrary to its intended purpose or is repaired by someone other than authorized Race Ready Shade representative.
